As a Sales Support Platform Admin, I managed price creation and analysis, monitored open and closed orders, and ensured timely, accurate responses to all incoming requests and tasks. I collaborated with cross functional teams to improve processes, support sales operations, and contribute to system development. My role required strong attention to detail, platform management skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing overall efficiency.

As an Accounts Payable, I managed end-to end AP processes in a fast-paced accounting environment, processing high volumes of invoices using SAP, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and tax regulations (including VAT analysis). Regularly analising top offenders to resolve recurring issues, supported month end closings with reconciliations and Excel reports (pivot tables, VL OOKUP), and collaborated with vendors and internal teams to provide effective customer support. This role strengthened my skills in accounting, data analysis, and process improvement.
