As a user generated content creator, I have brought together my creative skills and channeled these into creating capturing, on-trend and authentic videos for brands social media platforms in order to maximise their engagement with their consumer. I work with each client on an individual basis to ensure from start to finish, they're remarkably pleased with the end result AND it brings in the desired result.

As a developing artist I have enjoyed organically working freelance. Gaining opportunities to express my skills through an array of mediums including bespoke hand-painted footwear, advertising and marketing lingerie and logo design. Through-out this period I have gained experience working to deadlines, addressing multiple projects, dealing directly with customers and producing high quality pieces of work.

Within two years I transitioned from CS representative to trainer and team leader and my role was involved in the recruitment of new employee's, creating and running an in-depth training scheme to encourage the development and growth of employee's and I gained significant experience dealing with difficult customer scenarios. Operating on multiple online platforms processing orders, communicating with customers and other Brayola departments located overseas. Optimising interaction with the targeted age group to increase sales via social media and preparing marketing post's for social and email platforms.
