Tender management, production of evaluation reports, and economic appraisals for public and private sector projects across the island of Ireland and the UK. Led the evaluation of 5+ high-profile cross-border funded projects, including a multi million pound research project. Led the production of a business case for the decommissioning of critical infrastructure for a Northern Ireland Council. Project Managed the delivery of a prototype digital product for the food exportation sector and successfully submitted evidence to support TechStart grant funding. Managed all internal tenders for the organisation since 2023.

Co-founded Iotabl, a crowdsourced cybersecurity company whose mission was to map the Internet of Things. Led the small tech team behind Iotabl, and acted as the liaison between users, potential clients, and our developers. Led the development of MVP product.
