As Talent & HR Partner, improving the candidate, employee, and, by extension, clients' experience is what truly drives me. I strongly believe that companies can truly stand out in the market and build a strong employer brand only when they take the time to design a solid recruitment strategy and are willing to invest genuine effort in thoughtful, long-term employee retention initiatives.

Before starting my own company as Freelancer, I used to work as Talent Partner, both in external recruitment agencies and as internal. I recruited for various industries (defense, pharma, manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, transport,...) and found areas for improvement concerning recruitment process, employee retention, HR data management and onboarding plans.
