MODATIMKAR GROUP, London Modatimkar is a fashion design company which able to manufacture its designs for UK high-end retailers. As directly reported to General Manager; it was a hands-on HR Manager role including all HR operations. As a first contact person on all employment relation issues; developed and managed company policies and procedures. Worked on change management, coaching and partnering with various key stakeholders within the business on support for the people function. Worked on system changes and empowerment of high performing teams. Managed the whole recruitment process and onboardings. For talent development, created training programs for managers and employees; managed performance-related rewards and benefits, conducted performance assessment system periodically, administer pension scheme and supported information for the Finance department for operating payroll.

Tema Fashion is the design office of Taha Group. Reported directly to the Group CEO. Managed all HR operations, payroll, recruitment, managed employment relations, performance appraisals, coordinate and deliver team building training and office management as well.
