Hi! my name is Serena and I aim to help startups, NGOs, enterprises and public organizations to strengthen their business. I love to support, fundraise and monitor projects for fostering innovation, sustainability and digital transformation. With a strong background in European funds managing, monitoring and proposal granting, I acquired a strong and combined background in project management. I have developed detailed business plans for digital industries to help them with financial previsions and monitoring. That is, I have provided these organizations with operational, financial and monitoring "survival kit" for entering and developing the market (e.g. elevator pitch, business plan for crowdfunding and , competitive analysis etc.).
