I help mid-sized companies identify operational inefficiencies, quantify their financial impact, and prioritize high-ROI AI and process improvement opportunities.

My work sits at the intersection of operational transformation, strategy, and applied artificial intelligence. I typically work with leadership teams (COO, CFO, CEO) facing operational complexity, execution bottlenecks, margin pressure, or scaling challenges.

My approach is pragmatic and business-oriented:

identify where time, cost, and execution friction accumulate,

quantify the cost of inefficiencies, prioritize the few initiatives with the highest operational and financial impact, and support implementation when needed.

Before launching my independent practice, I worked across strategy research, operational transformation, and technology environments in France and Switzerland.

I hold a Master of Research in Management Science from HEC Paris, an MSc in Management, Technology & Entrepreneurship from EPFL, and an engineering background from the American University of Beirut.

I work in English, French, and Arabic, and support organizations across France, Europe, and the MENA region.
