Initially working with Health Intelligence and Welsh Cancer Intelligence and Surveillance Unit until February 2018, moving onto Specialty Training Business Manager now Specialty Training Programmes Manager

My role entails the management of social care funding panels, producing and interpreting technical reports for key performance indicators, training and administration of panel processes for adult mental health professionals covering the Devon area. I manage all aspects of the dynamic funding environment, which includes incorporating new ways of working to ensure that essential systems are run as efficiently and sustainable as possible I am responsible for all of individual service contracts, including reviewing and monitoring. I also manage the social care intranet pages which holds all the current information about social care policies and procedures. I am fully conversant with staff management, including hiring and training in accordance with NHS policies and procedures.
