I Joined the Pick&Pack team @METRO to lead and support the product and design team, defining the picking process of the product, researching and creating work-flows while enjoying my favourite hobby of solving problems :-)

• Analyze user data, conduct usability tests and transfer outcomes to concrete product implementations

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

• Creating intuitive, easy and user-centric designs for the MVP-picking solution

• Designing beautiful and intuitive, easy-to-use software from mockups into functional wireframes, product or site architecture, screen layouts, to page flows

• Designing clean slick user interface screens for desktop and mobile views

• Working closely with the engineers in an agile-scrum way to achieve pixel-perfect results

Metro global is the largest B2B wholesaler in Europe and is going through a massive change turning all its services into a digital one. I was brought into METRO as an expert with the aim to collect and define the foundation style guide that will be used by all the applications designed for Metro.

• Defining the design system and style-guide by creating patterns that can be implemented in different modules of all Metro’s applications

• Analyzing each UI component so it can be created in ideal and clean CSS by front-end developers

• UX & UI support for the design teams (creative direction)

• Design of a responsive developers portal

• General branding & print support for Metronom (digital readiness department)

Merchantz created online personalized SAS catalogues for sale people and I Fulfilled at Merchantz a “Hands-on” creative figure from day one, helped the company position itself and its values

• Planing from the persona stage, research, plan and architect the user experience of the product

• Responsible for the delivery of the entire design journey, from wireframes through to high-fidelity designs of various product parts

• Improve the product designs on an ongoing basis, based on direct feedback from customers and stakeholders.

• Perform usability testing as well as drive continuous improvement, data-driven, meticulously tracking experience performance across the product

• Branding: Build and evolve corporate brand identity; establish a memorable, cohesive and comprehensive look and feel for products, collateral and end-to-end customer experience

• Marketing materials: Develop customer and investor brochures, website, newsletter, etc.

• Management: Cross-functional team building; providing and executing the final product
