As a Associate Recruiter I was responsible for understanding the requirement creating a Boolean search string, screen resume, call candidates and locking them. I have experience supporting multiple clients with there Techno functional & non-IT recruitment needs, some of the client I have supported are

Motorola, VMware, Zebra, Arris, Towers Watson, Wells Fargo and the semiconductor giant Intel.

I have experience working on a wide range of opening. Some of the job opening I have worked on are Sales Director, Recruiter,

Administrative/Executive Assistant, Data Center Technician, Computer Technician, RF Engineer/Technician, Purchase Specialist, Waste Water

1. I have extensive experience using Application Tracking System ATS: JobDiva.

2. Have experience using Vendor Management System VMS: SAP FieldGlass and Beeline.

3. Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Boolean search.

4. Have hands-on experience working with MS suit.
