Shridhar Jaiswal

Shridhar Jaiswal is currently an Independent Consultant based in Dubai, advising eCommerce and retail businesses on digital transformation, product operations, and marketplace strategy. He provides strategic guidance to companies expanding their online presence across the GCC, focusing on category growth, pricing strategy, and seller enablement.

Previously, Shridhar was a Senior Manager at Noon from May 2021 to February 2025. Noon is one of the largest eCommerce marketplaces in the Middle East, operating across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. In this role, Shridhar was responsible for leading category operations, product automation initiatives, and strategic partnerships with global and regional vendors. He managed data-driven pricing and promotion strategies to improve assortment, sales velocity, and inventory efficiency. He also led cross-border expansion projects that onboarded international sellers and increased assortment by over 30%.

Before that, Shridhar was Head of Projects & Partnerships at Okadoc Technologies. Okadoc is a leading HealthTech platform operating in the UAE, KSA, and Indonesia. In this role, Shridhar led technology integration partnerships with over 15 hospital ERP providers, including EPIC, Cerner, and Intersystems. He managed full-cycle implementation of SaaS-based appointment and teleconsultation platforms at more than 150 hospitals and clinics.

Earlier, Shridhar was Associate Vice President - Corporate Strategy at Fino Payments Bank until November 2018. Fino is a digital retail bank in India offering banking and payment solutions to underserved consumers. Shridhar played a key role in launching the bank, building strategic partnerships with VISA, MasterCard, and Bharat Petroleum (BPCL), and establishing a network of 10,000+ active merchants.

Shridhar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is a PMP-certified professional with over 12 years of experience spanning eCommerce, FinTech, and HealthTech.
