About Silvia

I help early stage SaaS teams test their product before launch and deliver clear, prioritised bug reports within days. Available for short QA reviews (2–5 days) or ongoing support.

ISTQB Certified. Remote. Project based.

I’m a freelance QA Consultant with 6+ years of experience across SaaS, healthcare tech, legal tech, and digital agencies. I work with early-stage SaaS founders and teams preparing for launch, helping identify bugs, usability issues, and edge cases before users encounter them.

When requirements aren’t clearly defined, that’s often where bugs begin, vague acceptance criteria, missed edge cases, and assumptions that don’t hold up in the product. I can help with that too by reviewing stories before build so the team has a clearer picture before any code is written.

I specialise in manual and exploratory testing that catches UX issues and bugs automation doesn’t always pick up, including platforms built with no-code or low-code tools.

I also speak native Castilian Spanish and can support Spanish-speaking teams or review UI copy with a native perspective.

If you’re heading toward a launch or release and want a clear picture of what’s actually in your platform, feel free to get in touch. I communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, so you’ll always know what’s been found.

Areas I can help with:
∙ Pre-launch platform review
∙ Website testing (desktop and mobile)
∙ Exploratory and manual testing
∙ Regression and release testing
∙ Manual API testing and validation
∙ Accessibility review
∙ Feature readiness and requirements review
∙ Bug reporting and triage
∙ QA support for Agile/Scrum teams
∙ Testing of no-code / low-code platforms

What you’ll get:
∙ A prioritised bug report with detailed steps, expected vs actual results, and screenshots
∙ Severity ratings (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
∙ Clear steps your developer can act on
∙ A summary of coverage and scope
∙ Bug retesting once fixes are in

Silvia was brilliant to work with. She got up to speed with the platform really quickly and her testing was thorough, structured, and genuinely useful. The bug reports were clear and easy to action, and she picked up on UX details that would have been easy to miss. It definitely improved the quality of the product. She was also very easy to work with - responsive, reliable, and great communication throughout. The retesting process was handled just as smoothly as the initial review. I’d happily work with Silvia again and would definitely recommend her.
