Silviu Enache

I bring more than 15 years of experience managing technical and delivery projects involving complex products and industrial systems, with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management. In my current and previous roles, I have led cross-functional project teams spanning engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and customer-facing functions, ensuring projects were delivered in line with contractual requirements, internal processes, and profitability targets.

A key strength I offer is structured project execution and financial control. I have extensive experience in preparing and monitoring project budgets, forecasting results, managing risks and changes, and maintaining transparency through regular reporting to management and stakeholders. I have also evaluated and authorized scope and technical changes, assessing their impact on cost, timeline, and project profitability, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

From a technical perspective, my education in mechanical and electromechanical engineering, combined with hands-on experience in large-scale product development and manufacturing environments, allows me to effectively interface between technical teams and business stakeholders. While my industry background is primarily automotive, the underlying principles of systems engineering, serial production, supplier coordination, and quality management are directly transferable to any industry projects.

In addition, I have acted as the primary interface for international customers, managing expectations, resolving issues, and handling escalations during critical project phases. Working extensively with multicultural teams across Europe and Asia has strengthened my leadership, communication, and coordination skills, enabling me to lead diverse teams toward common delivery goals.
