A highly experienced in-house Talent Acquisition leader, now offering freelance, fractional and interim services. I help companies with a need for expert, experienced, immediately effective Talent Acquisition support, on a short-term and/or part-time basis. I work with smaller companies who need their hiring run by a professional, want to avoid costly agency fees, but don’t have the volume of hiring to warrant a full-timer. I support established Talent Acquisition teams with a spike in demand who need additional delivery resource, project management support, or cost-effective search capability. I also help young, scaling companies set up and run their first TA function, setting strategy, sourcing the right tech and building systems, processes & tools.

• • Implemented the Bryq Talent Intelligence screening tool to streamline the early stages of their annual Firefighter recruitment campaign, enabling the identification of suitable candidates from a large volume of inexperienced applicants, achieving a faster and more efficient process for that year's intake.
