Created a QlikSense model for underpinning the service failure reasons and worked with both DevOps and Operational teams to discover the root cause of the failure, putting agile plans in place that delivered long term solutions resulting in £400k benefit in H1 with benefit projection over £1 m for the full year and a sustained 10% uplift in delivery of Provision MSLs, exceeding Ofcom targets.
