Led product, behavioural design, and strategy for a neurodivergent-friendly exercise app. Built and launched the MVP in 9 months, led go-to-market, acquired first paying users, and ran a pilot with an NHS partner (125 eligible users; 77% completed onboarding, 30% completed an activity, 14% engaged beyond the first). Increased onboarding completion from 40% to 77.6% and improved early engagement by accelerating first "win" within 24 hours. Owned roadmap, ran user research, and managed a cross-functional team across product, science, and engineering.

Advised a women's health startup on behaviour-led product strategy and testing. Supported intervention design, evidence planning, and UX validation for a clinically sensitive use case.

Led the rebuild of the research team and advised on product innovation across Healios' digital mental health tools. Supported behaviour-led design, scientific strategy, regulatory alignment, and evidence planning for neurodiversity and youth-focused interventions. Led the first formal evaluation of Healios' autism assessment service (358 families; 93% felt safe and respected, 91% would recommend), which provided crucial support with bids, contract renewals, and clinical partner trust.
