I support start-up businesses in developing strong, commercial product ranges whilst promoting UK manufacturing .

Design brief creation: creating a clear design brief will ensure your designer has a clear vision on what your looking for in order to design a strong collection for your brand.

Design feedback and sign off: it's important to look at your designs both aesthetically and practically. I can share solutions to ensure your designs will work in production.

Product development support: creating size specs, measuring samples arranging fit sessions and checking the general quality of your product ranges are just a few ways I can support your business.

Sourcing advice: specialising in promoting UK manufacturingI'm sure I can find the right supplier for you.

FOB negotiations: reviewing cost sheets for every product in your range is so important to ensure that you're not paying more than you should be. Even if you're only able to save a few pence/cents when you multiply it by the quantities you're ordering it could result in £'s/$'s saved adding to your bottom line!
