I help organizations prepare project teams, key users, and business users for SAP change through structured training and enablement. My focus is on learning needs analysis, role-based training strategies, user readiness, and practical adoption support for SAP transformation programs.

Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across SAP ecosystems in leadership and client-facing roles, supporting cloud transformation, partner enablement, and business adoption initiatives. I have led enablement programs across EMEA, worked with strategic partners including IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, and Capgemini, and helped scale readiness for SAP S/4HANA programs through workshops, certifications, and role-based capability development.

My hands-on project experience includes three main areas: SAP S/4HANA partner enablement across EMEA, full change management support with a team in a large telecom SAP transformation, and key-user and end-user training support in a major rail and logistics SAP S/4HANA and SAP TM program.

I am strongest in SAP training strategy, key user enablement, curriculum design, and post-go-live adoption support. I work best with clients who need a practical consultant to define who needs to learn what, when, and in which format.
