Responsible to establish, contract & mobilise the future Property, Asset Management and Facilities Management Procurement & Supply Chain & to re-set & to implement a forward-looking Lifecycle Procurement, Operation, Maintenance, Repair & Replacement Programme for the Authority, over the next 12-years.
