I am an accomplished and innovative senior manager with over 14 years management and delivery experience of government funded training and employment programmes delivered through various sectors including the third sector, public and private sectors. I am Prince2 qualified and have extensive experience in strategic management; project start- up, operational management, performance management, partnership management and change/transformation and supply chain management across national employment, education, health and criminal justice sectors.

Managing multiple teams/contracts has become second nature. I have enjoyed taking responsibility for the contract performance/sales targets, including sub-contractors, partners, health & safety, quality assessments, budgets, expenditure, P&L’s etc and substance therein. I have learned a lot over the years but most importantly I feel my experience and various roles have contributed to creating a genuine passion and drive for collaborative working with and alongside a diverse range of partners, colleagues and stakeholders.

I hold a strong creative, solution focussed attitude which has proved invaluable over the years when communication and partnership building were key factors in determining the success of any task at any given time. I am a self-starter who excels in fast paced, results driven environments, with a proven track record of business transformation, performance improvement, exceeding targets, developing business opportunities and successful strategic management.
