From the start of my career, I have been driven by one goal: helping organisations transform and grow by aligning people, processes, and technology.

I began at Cadbury India, where I built and managed IT systems connecting remote locations through innovative network infrastructure—at a time when digital connectivity was rare in emerging markets. This experience grounded me in scalable system design, disciplined delivery, and technology-enabled growth.

My next chapter was at Parker Logistics Ltd in London, where I transitioned into strategic IT leadership as CIO. I built and led multifunctional teams, implemented ERP and VoIP systems, and managed a $4M technology budget to support expansion across West Africa. This role showed how aligned technology and business strategy can accelerate growth.

I then joined Skypower International Ltd as Delivery and Operations Manager, helping launch a new telecoms division across Europe and Africa. As part of the founding team, I designed operating processes and introduced cloud-based ERP and CRM systems to enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

My MBA from Henley Business School added a strategic lens to my experience. My dissertation with Fujitsu on cloud adoption reinforced my belief that transformation is a strategic enabler of agility and innovation.

In 2012, I joined Prometric to turn around its underperforming Africa region. Through partner enablement and operational restructuring, I transformed it into a top-performing region, later replicating this success across Europe—delivering 20% YoY revenue growth, raising customer satisfaction from 60% to 97%, and reducing costs by 30%.

Today, as an Independent Consultant, I help organisations build sustainable transformation strategies, develop partner ecosystems, and unlock measurable business value through technology.
