Responsibilities/Achievements

• Core responsibilities consist of harmonization of pricing In Germany and Austria for their Gypsum, Insulation and Mortars businesses into a central pricing model in S/4HANA. Combining total of 6 pricing procedures from legacy into two pricing schemes i.e. one per country. This must be done based on the guidelines defined for transformation into a core pricing model.

• Conduct and chair detailed design pricing analysis workshops with key stakeholders of business units and countries, align on where a harmonization can be achieved in terms of how prices and discounts are offered to customers.

• Do a detailed design analysis of different services that are offered for rental equipment and other services like delivery of rental equipment’s, offering of special services like packaging, cutting. All services must be mapped to appropriate pricing conditions and access sequences.

• Alignment sessions with EDI team to map price lists and customer orders containing different pricing details.

• Participate in detail design sessions for development of applications for managing prices, the smart app will provide price manipulation tools and help generate pricelists to be sent to customers.

• Align with cross functional teams for impact assessment of new pricing design.

• Writing functional specifications for GAP’s, Functional design documents.

• Additionally provide functional, technical and overarching support across to other streams for design of the core model solution in S/4HANA by analysing business requirements, give inputs on functional design topics.

. Provide core competency in solution architecture and design of the solution that meets business needs.

• Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA fashion solution. Accountable for providing overarching view of the solution to business.

• Provide solution support to the client on business, functional and technical level.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyse business requirements.

• Collaborate with functional team to define functional and technical requirements, create supporting architecture documents, and ensure successful delivery.

• Review and give approval for business process documents, functional and technical specifications.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development teams ensuring compliance with standard S/4HANA solutions vis a vis industry standards.

• Act as a liaison between functional streams and business to ensure that solution design is integrated keeping in view the interdependencies and cross functional impact.

• Lead the key design challenges and ways to mitigate them by reaching out to the business and collectively arriving at the solution approach and make a case for raising a new change request where applicable.

• Review the solution design in compliance with guidelines laid down by the Organization Change Management and Roles and Responsibilities Matrix (SOD).

• Provide expert knowledge and feedback on the solution design decisions and challenging the solution approach where needed.

• Facilitate the preparation and execution of open design topic workshops and show and tell sessions to the business.

• Review the system configuration and technical developments from quality perspective ensuring the standards are maintained as per the agreed methodology.

. Instrumental in E2E functional design of the eCommerce sales and returns processes.

• Lead the design and build of pricing in S/4HANA for eCommerce sales processes.

• Executed the S/4HANA configuration activities for setting up the 3rd party sales, replacement ordering, purchase to order (PTO), outbound and inbound logistics processing, billing, and enablement of financial postings.

• Headed the configuration and design of payment card functionality in S/4HANA to capture customer payments in eCommerce orders and invoices supporting various payment methods like credit cards, gift cards, debit cards.

• Design of interfaces between S/4HANA with Hybris Commerce for Order, Delivery, ASN and eCommerce Billing.

• Design of the interfaces between S/4-HANA for outbound logistics integration, with 3PL warehouse and Owned DC’s.

• Conducted detail design workshops and blue print the functional design documents.

• Prototyping and demonstration of the new S/4 Hana supported functionalities to the business.

• Supporting the business as an expert on Implemented processes with functional and technical know-how within various phases of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Hypercare

• Steer process improvement initiatives and demands raised by the business post go-live, by gathering the requirement study its feasibility and bringing it forward for execution.

• Act as a liaison for providing expert advice on the implemented solution to the business and external partners.

• Participate in the fit-gap and requirement gathering workshops for the solution template rollouts to other locations in Europe, US and UK.
