Group wide QA strategy, guidelines, standards and procedures

Managing a team of QA Testers, Business Analysts & Graduate Trainees

Advisory to the Head IS, Processes & Governance & CTO on product quality

Maintaining automation framework

Leading planning, designing & overseeing implementation of QA solutions

API testing

Maintaining issues, defects & risk register regarding QA of all products across all countries

load testing & automation

Weekly, monthly reporting on QA & Business Analysis activities

Coordinating automation, performance, functional, regression & other relevant tests

Coordinate vulnerability assessments for QA

Quarterly performance review for subordinates

Handling security Incidents together with IS team

Review of Change Requests, prototypes, FSDs & BRDs to ensure clarity of requirements

managing internal & external stakeholders

Negotiating contracts with external vendors

Facilitating scrum meetings

Cost management in Azure environment for organisation infrastructure

Web services testing for compliance with international standards and best practices: usability, performance, functional, compatibility testing Mobile application testing for functional, compatibility, performance, third-party interruptions, usability Test automation for smoke, sanity, regression, cross-platform, integration,interface testing Plans test schedules in accordance with project scope and delivery dates Developing standards, methods, and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness Documenting software defects and reporting defects to software developers. Identifying program deviance from standards, and suggesting modifications to ensure compliance. Monitoring program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations. Participating in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Performs initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source Reviewing software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. Ensuring adoption of requirement focused testing and business process focused testing
