About Taro

I ‘m a regular guy, I spent my childhood growing up in a small village, near Dover, Kent. I had an interest in photography in my early years that evolved into an interest in design. It's why I have a good eye for detail, I’m proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude, focus on customer service. I have years of experience and I would like to develop a reliable service and positive working relationship with the Malt community. I want to establish myself as a CAD draughtsperson because I like drawing and being organised.

I studied for a BSc Hons degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering at the University of Westminster where I learnt the fundamentals of the design process and drawing schemes.

I have worked for companies as a Junior Architectural Technician, Architectural CAD Technician, CAD Technician for several years.

In 2019 I started to work as a CAD Technician in agricultural machinery.

Now I work as a Freelance Draughtsperson in Agriculture. I understand the environmental issues and the pressures on Farmers and their Design Engineers and I want to help them with their ideas and projects.

The requirements of an Agricultural Machinery Draughtsperson are:
Proficiency in utilizing CAD software, such as SolidWorks, to create 3D models and 2D drawings of agricultural machinery. The creation and the development of detailed technical drawings and models of agricultural machinery, components and assemblies. Preparing technical documentation, including specifications, layouts and drawings for manufacturing. Working with design engineers and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and specifications. Ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and customer requirements.

I work on prototype designs, there is always a high level of resilience working on a project. The standards for agricultural machinery is as demanding as the evolving farming technology, methods to resolve climate change. How design shapes lives and drives positive change.
