- Campaigns Pod Lead: Involved in co-leading a team of 4 that consisted of Data scientists & Strategists to manage and deliver social conversation reports for Netflix globally across APAC, EMEA, LATAM & UCAN.

- Designed and built an automation pipeline on Google Colab for extracting and analysing Twitter data, reducing the time involved by Data Scientists by 75% and making it a no-code workflow usable by anyone.

- Helped create a value proposition playbook for KFC in MYS and PHL using consumer review data from Google to support their core value promise.

- Built a network map to understand and segment the consumers engaging with anime in Japan based on their interests and conversations from Twitter.

- Designed an ETL pipeline to obtain data from Baidu Maps to generate a list of venues that sold alcohol on premise for Brown Forman.

-Extracted and analysed data from Google Scholar, Twitter & Xiaohongshu for 3 markets to see if there were any trends emerging that could affect the future of play in 2025 for LEGO.

- Built a multi label text classifier using an ensemble of distilBERT & GBC to predict labels for 8 million Tweets in English, Japanese & Spanish.

- Built a consumer interest network map by layering different data sources to identify audience segments who engage with Reality TV content in Spain.

- Also built other consumer network maps through key properties identified from Facebook Audience Insights and Twitter for 2 markets (India & Turkey) to find the main audiences within the entertainment landscape.

- Extract & analyse consumer conversations from Twitter around different Netflix titles/Genres/Talents and provide recommendations to the Netflix Marketing and Content teams.
