My career spans two worlds — and that combination is the differentiator. Fourteen years at Vodafone Group Product & Services built the foundation: managing $100M+ product portfolios across 20 countries, owning roadmaps end-to-end for mobile devices, tablets, IoT, and fixed consumer hardware, with full go-to-market accountability and teams of 15+. That environment taught what production-readiness genuinely demands — real customers, regulatory complexity, commercial accountability, and the operational depth to ship and sustain at scale. Landmark products include Vodafone’s first sub-€100 LTE smartphone, 7M mobile broadband units, and 2M+ handset units sold across 15 countries.
Since 2021, that same rigour has been applied in a very different context: pre-seed to Series A Web3 startups, where the hats multiply and the org chart is still being invented. At IOG/Cardano, built and led a 40+ member engineering tribe delivering one of the world’s largest blockchain identity deployments. At Mina Foundation (reporting directly to the CEO), introduced OKR/KPI cycles across all departments and owned the product roadmap that brought zkSmart Contracts to Mainnet. At Zeko Labs, established product delivery from scratch — squads, Agile practices, tooling — and shipped Testnet, Incentivised Testnet, and the flagship DeFi application on schedule.
AI is now central to my work: Google AI Essentials and Google AI Professional certified, with hands-on deployment of AI automation across delivery operations — from backlog synthesis and requirement drafting to daily AI-generated briefings keeping distributed teams aligned and informed in real time.
