Thomas Lindfors is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience from leading positions in small and large organizations and projects. He has worked with change management tasks such as turnaround of businesses, establishment of new organizations, changed roles and responsibilities, process development, implementation of models, methods, and tools for traditional line operations and for projects. Examples are PMO models, PM3 for IT Asset Management, XLPM for projects, financial control, and risk management. His experience comes from both private and public sectors.
