Ensure we are setting credible goals and collaborative KPI's to allow studios to deliver product to market. Craft, manage and drive the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and Corporate Values. Ensuring that as a global games company we are socially, ethically, and environmentally responsible. Lead the development of the company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth within specific campaigns, services, and markets. Business and sector analysis, and horizon scanning. Looking at global market (user platforms, mobile, console, PC, XR, TV, Smart) opportunities. Oversee the delivery of the annual business development plans to ensure activities are aligned to the company's mission for revenue growth and brand evolution. Travel extensively worldwide, meeting with partners and senior studio and corporate contacts.
