Software and Ai consultancy helping SMEs systemise their operations and close the gap between how they actually work and how their ISO standards say they should. Current and recent projects include: Assess Your Stress, a workplace mental health assessment platform combining psychometric questionnaires with heart rate variability data and an Ai chatbot; an Ai readiness and ISO gap analysis for a rail engineering firm, now in delivery including a bespoke quoting application; a custom mobile and web app for a franchise operation replacing siloed spreadsheets with a single governed workflow; and a productised SaaS diagnostic tool (app.is3.co.uk) built on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase. All builds aligned to ISO 9001 , 27001 and 42001 principles by default.

Co-founded and act as CTO for a multi-tenant CRM and marketing platform serving SME clients across legal services, manufacturing, technology, agriculture and higher education. Built with tenant separation, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging from day one. Built a bespoke learning management system for a US university client with a subject specific Ai agent integrated into the platform. Currently leading an internal transformation to systemise client onboarding, with the CRM built directly into client websites. Applied ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 principles so every new tenant inherits the same governance posture by default.

Retained engagement covering Ai system design, governance and operational improvement. Designed and built an Ai-governed shirt recommendation engine processing approximately 9,000 product variants against more than 15 customer-specific constraints per order, replacing a 10- minute memory-dependent manual process with a single-click workflow. Delivered a measured 200%+ uplift in operational productivity, removed the founder from day-to-day operations, and enabled the business to deliver its busiest ever quarter.
