Once the DNA of the organisation was crystalised, a strategic anchor was defined along with a strategic intent and key strategic priorities to address the anchor. Once priorities were clear, the focus shifted to strategic capabilities and strategic initiatives that should be prioritised to deliver the strategy.Phase 4: DeliveryTrevor was asked to assist with the presentation and storytelling of the strategy to the AA board to gain approval of the strategy, this was achieved with very positive endorsement from the board and CEO.
