Part of the Edge Service team working on an application to support and invest in innovative businesses, and entrepreneurs with the potential and ambition to grow. Organisations come into EEN through IUK website via competition. These companies then go into a triage process when selected, the program that is suitable for the company is selected. Testing to ensure that all new functionalities to EEN (Salesforce) and EEN Communities (Adviser and Client portal) works as expected, and in accordance with the GDS guidelines on Client facing elements.

Project: Part of a team working on the implementation of recruitment, payroll, training, HR and helpdesk services for the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to help deliver the 2021 Census. Testing to ensure that all new functionalities to Connect (CRM) and Connect Community (Candidate/Worker portal) works as expected, and in accordance with the GDS guidelines on candidate facing elements.
