Successfully established and operated a baking business for both Corporate and Private Customers in the Midwest regions. Oversee all operational activity of the business including Business Development, Financial Control, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management to ensure the supply of a quality product to meet changing customer demands.

I designed and taught Baking and Cooking courses for adults which ran twice a year in Crescent Comprehensive Secondary school as part of the adult education programme. Both courses were aimed at beginners and ran for 8 weeks at a time in September and January.
