Anticipate and mitigate risks of poor supply chain performance with the purpose to improve deliveries, quality lead times and prices.

• Project management: Logistic HUB in China, ERP key user, Supply assessment tool, APQP lead, Supplier selection process …

• Identification of the axis of progress and development (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SCMH).

• Work closely with strategic procurement to define strategic roadmaps Risks mitigation : demand review, maturity assessment, capacity assessment, safety stock management

• Crisis management: point of contact in case of logistic crisis, implementation of follow up, workshop, in contact with CEO at supplier level and reporting to Liebherr's top management.

Supplier performance team manager. Link between Safran and its supply chain regarding performance, improvements projects and major changes.

• 5 persons team manager, developing their skills

• Team workload, budget, annual review and targets

• List, identify and priority topics regarding supply chain improvements in accordance with the company targets.

• In charge of several project within the supply chain : QRQC, transfer of work, Lean manufacturing, …

• SCMH audits, IPCA+ audits, maturity assessment

• Focal point for Airbus SQIP meeting regarding supply chain.

I took my backpack and travelled accross China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
