• • Identified and quantified process inefficiencies across client operations in time and cost terms, building the business case for change and securing buy-in from founders and boards who had previously struggled to prioritise investment.

• • Redesigned roles and responsibilities across a cross-functional marketing team, clarifying ownership, eliminating duplication and reducing overtime from 10 hours per week to near zero, without reducing headcount. Freed up capacity was reinvested into personal and professional development, improving both morale and long-term team capability.

• • Provided BA mentoring and team support to growing businesses building their internal analysis capability, establishing ways of working, templates and standards to improve consistency and reduce dependency on external support over time.

• • Built a BA knowledge hub from scratch, giving the practice its first onboarding process, shared standards and progress monitoring capability, reducing time to productivity for new starters and improving consistency across all five analysts.

• • Led BA, UX and design workstreams on a high-profile NHS Covid-19 booking system, working with the Health Secretary's office and NHS product owners. Delivered to 158 A&E sites across England in 12 weeks, on scope, with positive stakeholder feedback throughout.

• • Maintained tight scope control and stakeholder alignment across a rapid, high-pressure delivery cycle, keeping the team unblocked and the programme on track without schedule slip.

• • As Squad Lead for 40 staff across development, platform engineering and analysis, ensured line management support, resolved escalated people issues and led key business communications through a period of significant change.
