Vineet in a few words
As a strategy professional, I consolidate sheer passion for Automotive technology (yes, I have gotten my hands dirty in garages), qualification in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of management consulting and industry experience.
My expertise, therefore, lies in the Automotive & New Mobility industry – legacy internal combustion to technology-agnostic e-powertrain technologies (components, systems and software). I have supported companies and their people in making market-entry strategy decisions, identifying the right co-operation partner, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on strategy implementation, optimizing cost structures, and raised plenty ‘why nots’ whenever the need arose. My ability to communicate, with passion, the insights on the ongoing transformation in the industry also make me a regular speaker at thought leadership platforms in India and Germany.
Accountability and entrepreneurial spirit are my ‘north stars’, and I am certain because of these two traits clients and industry stakeholders consider me a trusted advisor, who uses a collaborative mindset and ‘sleeves rolled-up’ approach, when I am asked, “what would you recommend we do?”.
Away from work, I love to spend my time motorcycling, or behind a wheel, or working towards obtaining my private pilot licence.

I have been cooperating with many consultants, but working with Vineet was one of my best experience.
Vineet has a very professional approach, but he is also able to build strong interpersonal relationships. He has excellent analytical skills, but can also read people's psychology. He is able to come up with out of the box insights when it is needed. He always tries to find the best solution for the client, but also to convince the partner's side. If a project reaches a dead end, he always tries to analyze the problem to the root cause and find the best solution.
He is great in communication skills, appreciated team player with great empathy.
I am sure that the project we have realized together would not have been so successful if Vineet was not part of it.
