I’ve owned initiatives end-to-end—like building a SQL reference library that drives personalized marketing, and crafting Power BI dashboards used org-wide by leadership to enhance decision-making.

I’ve contributed to product enhancements, localized marketing strategy initiatives, and significantly reduced data processing timelines through automation. I’ve also set up internal Jira systems, streamlined ticketing with ServiceNow, and created cross-functional assets to improve operational efficiency.

As a Business Operations and Strategy Analyst, I worked closely with CXOs to drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and operations. I was responsible for defining organization-wide KRAs and KPIs, creating structured systems for sales performance tracking, and building revenue assurance models using statistical techniques.

I led multiple internal projects—from automating daily and weekly dashboards to designing market entry frameworks using RACI, Gantt charts, and risk-budget planning. I collaborated with engineering teams to develop internal products, ensuring successful hand-off after stakeholder coordination and requirement mapping.

Additionally, I built reporting systems that supported decision-making for senior management, implemented review structures to track department-wise KPIs, and drove marketing execution with the marketing manager. My approach combines structured problem-solving with automation and strategy, enabling operational efficiency and data-backed leadership decisions.
