This included successfully assisting with the migration of customers from other suppliers and E.ON Energy, as well as effectively resolving any issues that arose during the migration process. I also expertly managed and dealt with complex support queries, often for vulnerable individuals who were cut off from their electricity or gas and required urgent action. I consistently took ownership of these cases and followed up until the issue was fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction. In addition to these responsibilities, I consistently demonstrated my ability to work effectively as a team player and maintained a calm and resilient attitude towards challenging work. I was also open to considering new ideas and implementing change and had the ability to think on my feet in a fastpaced environment. Overall, my performance in this role was excellent and only ended due to starting University.
