Ensuring our clients are compliant to the (inter)national laws and regulations. Responsibilities contribute to the prevention risks such as reputational damage to the company, money laundering, terrorist financing. Other tasks include risks assessments and transaction analyses. This is done by writing in-depth reports by using public data sources and reviewing legal documents (e.g. labour contract, will, notarial deed)

Having direct contact with guests, solving problems and customer service. Training new staff was also one of my responsibilities, as was the managing the daily finances.

Supporting the department of HR, draw up contracts for new employees, staying up to date with labour laws. Responsible for reading and reviewing legal documents (e.g. tax letters and contracts from clients).
