Nlgroeit is a foundation founded in 2016 to drive growth of Dutch SME entrepreneurs. Since 2022, nlgroeit is independently funded and the largest platform in NL to create growth by mentoring, events and education in entrepreneurship. As head of marketing I am responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of marketing campaigns to grow paid membership and event attendance. For a team of 5 specialists I structure roles and responsibilities, plan campaigns, drive fast and efficient delivery and monitor results.

The GRIP Academy is founded in 2022 to train and certify people in the GRIP methodology for future proof development. This proven methodology is implemented at SMEs in manufacturing, B2B services and public service providers (including health). The purpose of the Academy is to grow to a separate training entity for independent practitioners and in-company practitioners. I am responsible to advise the founder on marketing & sales strategy, and to execute marketing & sales operations. Goal is to grow brand awareness and customer & participant base.
