Harmonizing and deploying a set of processes (ITIL) and service catalog under Ivanti tool (ITSM) in order to align all Sodexo subsidiaries on one global model Analyzing the processes and tools used in all the scoped countries Establishing a deployment roadmap after making a gap analysis and ensuring that all the countries have the right resources to do the deployment Working closely with the local PM and PO to make sure that all the deployments are progressing as expected Helping the countries to either enhance the existing service catalog or create a new one for either IT and non IT services (Finance, HR , Supply chain ..) Contribution of selecting new providers of support activities(TCS, Accenture), and onboarding their teams in order to take over the support of the global services

Contribution to make an opportunity study which aims to evaluate the simplification, the harmonization and the alignment of the IT and industrial processes as well as to choose a new ITSM tool Organize interviews and workshops with the IT and industrial teams in order to identify their needs and the improvement areas. Study the existing tools and the functional architecture. Evaluate the maturity of the IT and the industrial processes. Benchmark the ITSM tools (Servicenow, BMC, Jira, Ivanti, ...) Propose a solution with new harmonized processes, better governance, and a tool that responds to the evolution of the activity. Conduct an impact assessment. Propose implementation scenarios with a budget estimate.

Transition: Participate in the transition project from BMC to Servicenow on a worldwide scale : Gap analysis , optimization of the target process and practices , refurbish the reporting , work jointly with teams abroad to achieve the transition Deployment: Participate with the business to deploy ServiceNow in several countries and industrial sites. Animate workshops to align the processes Identify the technical and Business constraints. Propose a road map to deploy the tool Enhancement: Manage several enhancement projects. Assist the business to create feasible requirement. lead workshops to define new projects scope and requirement. Evaluate cost and roadmaps, participate on externalizing some projects follow up with technical teams during the lifecycle of the Project work with run team to support the new products
