● PHP/Wordpress:

1. As a Freelancer, optimising websites especially performance, and doing clean up of websites made from PHP/Wordpress.

2. Offering services relating to WordPress and PHP as I have working knowledge and skills gained from previous employment.

● HTML/SCSS/Javascript:

1. Using HTML, JavaScript, and SCSS on the front-end to develop client’s website and providing Customer Service in regards to amendment, understanding and updates.

2. Using Git for version control to keep the website build and assets manageable.

3. Figma as guidance to implement Front-end, communication with Graphic Designers for best practices and implementation.

● Brand Refresh:

1. Existing Web Applications in PHP needed Brand Refresh, use of SCSS, WordPress CMS and PHP to change the Front-end of most of Hovia’s Brand website page with Teamwork and Research with colleagues and UI/UX Developer.

2. CI/CD was used to release the complete pages in parts.

● Headless Project:

1. Research and Collaboration with the Head of Development to develop a new web application for the Milexa Groups brand using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and React.

2. Communicated and worked with UI/UX developer to develop the front end using Figma as guidance and set up Dato CMS. While the website was not released to the public, it was a great chance for me to learn through challenges.

● Order Management System:

1. In-house development of OMS to replace WooCommerce, using TypeScript and Nextjs for endpoints and front-end development, PHP and Laravel for the Backend, and teamwork with Senior Developers and backend developers.

2. Created an OMS to cut costs for the company and presented it to leadership.

3. Use of Material UI to achieve quick results while still using SCSS to custom design the components.

● Agile Methodology:

1. As a Junior Developer in this company, I and my colleagues worked in an Agile environment to effectively start working on projects and their tasks.

2. Working agile has taught me to balance tasks, work promptly and prioritise. As a result, delivering work as efficiently as possible.

● Learning Management System:

1. Using JavaScript, Reactjs and SCSS to develop an LMS website in collaboration with other front-end, back-end, seniors and UI/UX developers.

2. Created an efficient way of viewing and taking courses with features such as taking notes, special notes, saving video moments, progression, assignments and teachers' comments.
