I build cold email and outbound systems for B2B companies — the kind that actually keep working once you try to scale them.

Most outbound setups break the moment you push volume. Deliverability drops, personalisation goes generic, and replies stack up with nowhere useful to go. I build the layer underneath that fixes it: infrastructure, AI-enriched leads, per-prospect copy, and reply routing all working as one system rather than five tools duct-taped together.

Recent work: built an influencer-outbound system for a telehealth GLP-1 brand that helped scale revenue from $1M to $1.7M MRR. Before that, a cold email engine for a 150-person real estate agency that booked 15 extra sales calls a month and contributed to a 34% revenue bump.

Full-stack dev background (MSc Computer Science, University of Bath), which is why the systems I build are engineered rather than stitched together. Stack includes Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apify, MillionVerifier, and Claude / OpenAI for enrichment and personalisation.
