My experience spans project management, operational coordination, data-driven analysis and strategic support, often in contexts where priorities are evolving and multiple stakeholders are involved.

I have supported organisations on initiatives such as project and programme coordination, digital and process improvement projects, internal reporting and data analysis, CRM and workflow optimisation, and strategic preparation for leadership and operational decision-making. I am comfortable translating high-level objectives into executable workstreams and ensuring follow-through.

My background includes work in management consulting–style environments, international organisations and EU-facing teams, which has developed a strong ability to operate in complex, matrixed settings similar to large corporates and cross-border projects.

I am based in Brussels and available for on-site and hybrid missions across Belgium and neighbouring EU countries. I work primarily in English (near-native) and am used to delivering in multicultural, international corporate contexts.
