Responsible for identifying strategic revenue growth and new market entry opportunities (Led the entry to 20 new Africa and Asia markets in 2019, Russia and China in 2020, and our Open Banking initiative among others).
Led the global relationships with our top revenue generating financial institutions at the C-level, to include HSBC, Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, with a 2022 revenue growth of 50% for HSBC, 50% for Citibank and 200% for Deutsche Bank.
Drove the Open Banking initiative globally since 2019. Led the project from its inception to a fully developed new product that launched in the UK & Europe in 2020 and was responsible for the Open Banking GTM strategies globally.
Utilized sales tools to track sales activities against key metrics and analyze data to improve sales resource planning, pipeline management, revenue forecasting and the team’s sales efficiency and regional alignment. Provided actionable insights to the sales team, overall improving the team’s sales efficiency by more than 40% over a 3 year period.
Acted as the central point of contact between the EMEA & APAC markets and key teams internally – Product, Technology, Marketing – to ensure we best positioned Confirmation for growth and executed on regional opportunities.
Collaborated with the Marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and material, resulting in a 50% increase in lead generation across EMEA & APAC.
Monitored market trends and competitor activities globally to ensure Confirmation stays ahead of the competition and represented the company in industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence and identify new opportunities.
