I am an anthropologist working as an UX Researcher. My focus is qualitative study of any product or service. I have experiences from technology company, which product was little piece of hardware with it's own firmware and software. They also developed an eshop. I can help in every stage of product development, from explorative research to usability testing. I conduct interviews, standard is 5 people for one research project. I analyze data in Miro. I focus mainly on friction points and bring results in a readable and understandable form, which can be valuable food for thought for your next design decision.
